Product Description

DASSAI’s standard for making Junmai Daiginjo sake. At Dassai, sake is not made unless it is delicious in its own style. This Dassai 45 remains an expression with fruity and discreet tones, with a delicate sweetness, where Yamada-Nishiki rice is still used but with a polishing result of 45%. It should be stored at 5℃ or less.
