Sommelier Randall Calderón Chacón’s comments: Inspired by the pure style of Burgundy, this is a New World wine. Made with 85% grapes from the El Triángulo estate in the Casablanca Valley and 15% grapes from the Huinca estate in the Leyda Valley, giving it a very distinctive character, vintage after vintage.

Origin: Casablanca Valley and Leyda – Chile

Variety(ies): 100% Pinot Noir.

Aging: French Oak, 14 months.

Nose: Expressive and aromatic. Wide range of red and black fruits (cherries, plums, and blackberries), forest fruits, and mineral, spicy, and tobacco touches.

Palate: Penetrating and silky entry. Full of freshness, it immediately reveals its exquisite fruitiness, defined mainly by red fruits, accompanied by subtle mineral memories (mushrooms). Warm and polished tannins, elegant and deep, with a fine concentration and pleasant finish.

Pairing: Salmon or tuna (grilled), beef bourguignon, mushroom dishes, chicken, turkey, and red meats such as tenderloin.
